Disclaimer: In the event of any dispute the English and Hindi version will prevail over the translation

deeuco.com  offers to our loyal customers For "7 Days exchange policy" So that you can apply for the exchange/ replacement of products in eligible timeline. If unfortunately you get some issue with the products like Damaged, defective or Different. Etc.

Within  7 days of receipt item, only unused goods will be accepted for exchange /replacement. 

Items available for exchange must be unused, intact, and in their original packaging with boxes and accessories.

If you ever place an order and realize that the size or product is incorrect, please reach out to DEEUCO Customer Care within 2 hours of placing your order. We’ll be happy to help you make the corrections quickly. If the order has already been shipped, we kindly request you to receive the product and return it in its original condition. Once the return is completed, we’ll gladly send you the replacement item. Please note that in such cases, the return shipping charges will need to be borne by the customer. And the customer has to bear the expenses of sending the product again.

If a courier attempts delivery and the order is refused at the doorstep, Deeuco may need to charge logistics and handling costs as per our policy.

If Item is not in original condition it will not be consider for replaceable.

If you intentionally attempt to exchange or replace a used or damaged product, you will not be granted an exchange or replacement. You will also be required to return the product you sent for exchange or replacement at your own cost.

Applicable exchange does not cover any cost of deeuco.com  it have to managed by you.

If you believe that you have received a defective or different product, then you will have to provide us video proof of   opening Box.

Customized Products are not applicable for exchange/Replacement.

In case, you want to cancelled any order you can contact us within 2 hours of placing the order or before it. you will be issued a full refund within 3-5 working days of cancellation of order.
