Shipping and exchange policy

For all confirmed orders received, the order will be dispatched in 2 to 3 business days.The delivery timeline may vary depending on the time required by logistic partner.

For all prepaid orders priced at Rs. 599 or below, there is a fixed shipping fee of Rs. 49 will be automatically applied on the checkout page.

If the order shipped from our warehouse,then you cannot be cancelled it. If you wish to still continue with cancellation, you may refuse accepting delivery when the courier partner comes to your doorstep.

In case your order is comply to exchange/replacement shipping charges will applicable Rs.49/

If you accept the delivery and are not satisfied with the item you bought you can  exchange or replacement the item.

Please note: we will ship a new replacement order only after the returned product has been received an original condition by verification of our Team.

Refund policy

Deeuco.com offers to our loyal customers for "7 Days exchange policy" So that you can apply for the exchange /replacement of products in eligible timeline. If unfortunately you get some issue with the products like damaged, defective or Different. Etc.

within 7 days of receipt item, only unused goods will be accepted .for exchange   replacement 

Items available for exchange must be unused, intact, and in their original   packaging with boxes and accessories.

If Item is not in original condition it will not be applicable for replaceable.

Applicable exchange does not cover any cost of deeuco.com it has to manage by you.

If you believe that you have received a defective or different product, then you will have to provide us video proof of    opening Box.

Customized Products are not applicable for exchange.

In case, you want to cancelled any order you can contact us within 2 hours of placing the order or before it. You will be issued a full refund within 3-5 working days of cancellation of order..

Due to unavoidable circumstances, or situations beyond of our control, your order will not be processed, cannot be shipped to you within a mentioned timeline and the order will stand cancelled, and the entire amount will be process to refund you, no liability shall be incurred by the either side.

M/s Ramraj (www.deeuco.com) will refund the paid amount only if the order is missing or not receive by you. No refund will be issued by M/s Ramraj if the order has been delivered as product described on the deeuco.com website product page.
